Q. Can anyone enroll in SeaMiles? 
A. No. You must be over 18 years of age and a permanent resident of the United States with a Social Security number. No PO Boxes.

Q. Is there a fee to join SeaMiles     
A. No. SeaMiles is a free program that allows members to earn SeaMiles faster and redeem easier on Any Cruise Line...Any Time.

Q. How do SeaMiles members earn SeaMiles?          
A. Members will earn three (3) SeaMiles for every $1 spent on the purchase of a cruise booked on the cruise line of their choice with SeaMiles (1-877-SEAMILES) or one of its Designated Travel Agent partners, and one (1) SeaMile for every $1 spent on all other purchases on the card. Earning & Redeeming

Q. Is there a limit to the amount of SeaMiles I can earn or redeem per year?   
A. No, there is no limit.

Q. What are my SeaMiles worth?   
A. Every 5,000 SeaMiles can be redeemed for a $50 discount off a cruise booking of your choice. PLUS you will earn a $50 Bonus Credit for every 20,000 SeaMiles redeemed off a cruise booking of your choice.

Q. How can I access my SeaMile balance?     
A. You can access your available SeaMile balance online at www.seamiles.com or by calling 1-877-SEAMILES.

Q. Do SeaMiles expire?        
A. Yes. Unused SeaMiles expire after five (5) years from the date they were earned.

Q. When can I start to redeem my SeaMiles?
A. You can redeem with as little as 5,000 SeaMiles.


Travel Agents

Q. Can I redeem my SeaMiles through my travel agent? 
A. Members can redeem their SeaMiles by calling the Redemption Center 1-877-SEA-MILES, visiting www.seamiles.com or through a SeaMiles Designated Travel Agent. Please refer to www.seamiles.com for an up-to-date listing of SeaMiles Designated Travel Agents.

Q. Are there seasonal restrictions for redeeming SeaMiles?
A. No but all bookings are subject to availability at time of request.

Q. Where do I find a SeaMiles Preferred Travel Agent? 
A. Visit www.seamiles.com for a list of Designated Travel Agents in your area.

Q. Can I apply my SeaMiles towards a cruise booked through my travel agent?         
A. Only if your agent is registered as a SeaMiles Designated Travel Agent. Please refer to www.seamiles.com for an up-to-date listing of SeaMiles Designated Travel Agents

Q.  When do I receive my refund for the SeaMiles that I have redeemed for a cruise?
A. You will receive your refund after you make your final payment on your cruise booking.

Q. If I redeem my SeaMiles then cancel my booking will my SeaMiles be re-instated?   
A. No, once you have received confirmation of the redemption, it will be processed as per the Terms and Conditions of the Program. You will still receive the monetary credit for the SeaMiles but the SeaMiles will be deducted from your account.

Q. If I close my SeaMiles account, can I transfer my SeaMiles to a family member?        
A. No. SeaMiles are non-transferable and will automatically be forfeited once your account is closed.

Q. Are there extra SeaMiles required for a single cruiser?          
A. SeaMiles represent a monetary credit for the purpose of discounting or paying for a cruise vacation in full. Single/Double or other occupancies may affect the price a cruise much like seasonality or cabin type. Every 5000 SeaMiles can be redeemed for a $50 discount of a cruise booking of your choice regardless of what type of cruise vacation you're buying.

Q. Do we pay port charges and/or government taxes on free or discounted cruises?
A. SeaMiles can be redeemed against the partial or full cost of your cruise, this can include port charges, government taxes and surcharges.

Q. Is there a way to upgrade my cabin with SeaMiles?    
A. Yes, your SeaMiles membership gives you access to discounted rates on upgrades.

Q. Can SeaMiles be redeemed towards the cost of airline tickets?          
A. No

Q. Can SeaMiles be redeemed towards the cost of resort stays? 
A. No

Q. How do I apply for the SeaMiles Visa Rewards Card?           
A. You can apply online at www.seamiles.com or by calling 1-877-SEA-MILES

Q. What is the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Purchases, Other APRs, Variable Rate Information, Grace Period, and Transaction Charges?

A. See the Credit Card Terms and Conditions available at www.seamiles.com.

Q. Where can I find my SeaMiles ID#?     
A. Your SeaMiles ID# is the 10-digit alpha-numeric number on the bottom left of your SeaMiles Visa Rewards Card below your name.

Q. How can I access my SeaMiles Visa Rewards Card Account?
A.  To access your SeaMiles Visa account, please go to www.chase.com/creditcards. You will be instructed to set up a User Id & Password to log on to view your account.

Q. Who can I contact to get more information regarding my credit card account?
A. You can visit the Chase website at www.chase.com/creditcards, click on the Account Management link under Customer Support at www.seamiles.com or call 1-800-231-2568.

Q. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?  
A. To report a lost or stolen credit card, call 1-800-231-2568.

Q. Is there a corporate card available?      

A. No
