Mr. Steven Wise (June 2006) - Chairman/CEO

Currently Chairman and CEO of KRG Insurance Brokers Inc., one of the largest private independent Canadian-owned insurance brokerages in Canada, Mr. Wise has more than 25 years of business experience in the insurance and real estate fields. Mr. Wise is also a principal in a real estate company and Chairman and CEO of a large private charitable foundation. Mr. Wise is Chairman and CEO of SeaMiles Limited.

Mr. Peter Rooney (December 2003) - President

Currently President of SeaMiles Limited and SeaMiles, LLC, Mr. Rooney has held senior executive roles in the retail travel business sector for over 11 years in both Canada and the United States, specializing in the development of national retail agency networks supported by innovative marketing and technology programs. Mr. Rooney is also President and Owner of Technology Solutions Group (TSG), a provider of Web site and booking engine technologies specifically geared toward North American retail travel companies.

Mr. Rick Ferreira (June 2005) - Director

Currently Chief Operating Officer of Ascent Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Ferreira has a Business Administration Degree from the University of Toronto. Previous roles included President/CEO positions with Healthworks Managed Care Services Inc. and International Managed HealthCare Ltd., both private Canadian companies engaged in the provision of rehabilitation services.

Mr. Stephen Miller (June 2006) - Director

Currently Principal, Managing Director and Co-President of Gordon Brothers Retail Partners in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Miller has extensive experience in the retail sector including the origination, negotiation and implementation of corporate restructuring transactions plus the management of the disposition, valuation and re-allocation of inventory with specific focus on asset allocation, brand development, intellectual property, profit and loss performance and gross margin analysis.

Mr. David Peress (April 2007) - Director

Currently Managing Director of Crystal Capital leading the distressed and turnaround investing business Mr. Peress is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. Mr. Peress has over 16 years of experience in the corporate restructuring industry working in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and asset disposition.
